Accessibility

All public areas at Theater Casino Zug are wheelchair accessible, including the restaurant and toilets. In the theatre auditorium, wheelchair spaces are located in row 19, seats 1 and 30. In the ballroom and small auditorium, wheelchair spaces vary depending on the stage layout and seating arrangement. People with limited mobility can find out about accessibility at the Theater Casino Zug in the OK:GO app. It can be downloaded from the App Store  or Google Play Store .

There is a marked wheelchair parking space in front of the theatre building. Please ensure that your relevant permit is clearly visible.

Fixed inductive hearing systems are installed in the theatre hall and ballroom. Portable receivers are not currently available for hire. In the theatre hall, the most suitable inductive hearing system seats are located between rows 7 and 22 (including end seats). In the ballroom, they vary depending on the seating arrangement. For acoustic reasons, we recommend booking a seat in the stalls up to 4 metres away from the walls.

The toilets are wheelchair accessible. They are located on the same level as the restaurant. You can reach the toilets via the lift located to the right of the entrance to the ballroom.
