All about the visit
The cloakrooms are located in the entrance foyer and are available free of charge for your bags, coats, jackets and umbrellas. For your own safety and for fire safety reasons, we kindly ask you to leave any items larger than A4 size there.
Normally, the doors to the theatre hall open 15 minutes before the performance begins, and the doors to the ballroom open 30 minutes before the performance begins.
We produce programmes for our classical concerts and selected pieces. These programmes contain the cast list, background information on the production and the artists, biographies and, where applicable, song lyrics. The programmes are handed out free of charge upon admission.
There is a bar in the foyer before performances in the theatre hall. If there is an interval, the bar is open during the interval. The bar in the restaurant is also open on performance days. In rare cases, the bar in the foyer is closed, in which case you can go to the bar in the restaurant.
For events in the ballroom, either the bar in the Lower Lake Room or the bar in the restaurant is open.
