Tickets
You can book tickets either in our online shop, at our ticket office in the Theater Casino Zug, by email or by telephone. Our ticket office is your central point of contact for all questions relating to your visit to the theatre. The team will be happy to help you with information about the programme, choosing seats, finding the right discount or selecting a subscription.

The box office opens 60 minutes before the start of the event.
The ticket office on site is closed on public holidays and during regular school holidays in Zug. Subscription and reservation enquiries are processed by email during school holidays (except during the summer holidays in Zug) during normal office hours.
The online shop is available at all times.
In our online shop, you can select your seats directly and pay for your tickets easily online.
If you choose the Mobile Ticket or Print@home option when paying by Postcard or credit card in the online shop, there is no fee for your purchase. You can show your Mobile Ticket digitally on your mobile phone. With the Print@Home delivery method, you can print out your tickets or vouchers yourself. To do this, click on the download link next to the respective ticket or voucher. You can print the ticket in A4 format on your printer. Please also print out the order confirmation. Only when you see this message is the order complete and the seats/tickets booked for you.

Discounts apply to the regular ticket price, cannot be combined and are only available with valid proof of eligibility.
Public schools in the city of Zug and the canton of Zug
receive free admission to school performances and selected evening performances. An exception is the school performance ‘The Carnival of the Animals’. The price is CHF 10 per person.
For all other performances (per person): CHF 15
One ticket per class is free for an accompanying teacher.
Private schools and tertiary level schools (per person): CHF 15
One ticket per class is free for an accompanying teacher.

Gift vouchers are available at the box office and here. They can be redeemed at all events organised by the Zug Theatre and Music Society.

Our online shop is certified according to PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) for secure credit card payments.
We thank you for your understanding that tickets that have already been purchased or delivered cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event of a performance cancellation, the ticket purchase price will be credited to your customer account.
External ticket sellers
Please note that the following platforms are not authorised ticket outlets, but resellers or exchange platforms: Viagogo, Alltickets, Onlineticketshop, Ticketbande, Ebay, Ricardo, and many more. Tickets for events purchased on these platforms are invalid. Without the express prior permission of the Theater Casino Zug ticket office, the commercial resale and any trading of purchased tickets is prohibited.
Programme and cast changes
are subject to change. Please note that seat rows that are initially blocked may go on sale at a later date.
